Key responsibilities:
- Contact with our external shipping warehouse
- Cooperation with customs agencies and delivery companies
- Solving issues regarding orders
- Analysis of returns and assistance in the logistics of resolving complaints
- Comprehensive customer service on Social Media platforms and e-mail channels
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Good personal manners
- Conscientiousness, punctuality and organization
- Previous sales or service experience in a retail or contact centre environment. and willingness to expand horizons
- Familiarity with website technology, website navigation and terminology associated with e-commerce.
