TERMS OF PURCHASE AND EXCHANGE FOR THE LE PETIT TROU BOUTIQUE

Products purchased at the LE PETIT TROU physical boutique (the "Boutique") are not eligible for returns.

Customers acting as consumers (the "Customer") may exchange a product purchased at the Boutique within 7 days of the purchase date.

As part of the exchange, the Customer may choose:

• another product currently available at the Boutique; or

• a gift card redeemable at the LE PETIT TROU Boutique or online store.

If the Customer chooses another product available at the Boutique, the exchange may be made:

• for a product of the same price as applicable on the date of the exchange;

• for a product of a higher price, provided that the Customer pays the difference between the price of the exchanged product and the price of the selected product;

• for a product of a lower price, in which case the difference between the price of the exchanged product and the price of the selected product will be issued to the Customer in the form of a gift card.

To complete an exchange, the Customer must present proof of purchase.

Only products that meet all of the following conditions are eligible for exchange under these terms:

• they are undamaged;

• they show no signs of use;

• they have their original tags attached and are returned in their original packaging.
